The Permian Basin Chapter of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) offers sponsorship opportunities designed to connect your organization with safety, health, and environmental (SH&E) professionals across the Permian Basin of West Texas. With more than 200 members, your sponsorship directly supports the chapter’s mission to advance the safety profession and develop safety professionals. Sponsorship funds help support professional development, student assistance programs, chapter operations, and the ASSP Foundation.

Sponsorship Levels
Platinum (Annual) Sponsorship – $2,000
- Acknowledgement and link on the ASSP Permian Basin Chapter website for the sponsorship period (July 1 – June 30 or a designated 12-month period)
- Company logo featured in all chapter newsletters during the sponsorship period
- Verbal acknowledgement at each monthly chapter meeting during the sponsorship period
- Display space for company literature or handouts at monthly meetings
- Five-minute speaking opportunity at a monthly meeting to share your organization’s commitment to safety and support of ASSP
Gold (Six-Month) Sponsorship – $1,000
- Acknowledgement and link on the chapter website for six months
- Company logo featured in all chapter newsletters during the sponsorship period
- Verbal acknowledgement at each monthly meeting during the sponsorship period
Meeting (Monthly) Sponsorship – $500
- Acknowledgement and link on the chapter website for the sponsored meeting month
- Company logo featured in the chapter newsletter for the sponsored month
- Verbal acknowledgement at the sponsored monthly meeting
The Details
The ASSP Permian Basin Chapter typically meets on the third Thursday of each month, July through June, with limited exceptions. Please visit the chapter website for the current meeting calendar and information on upcoming events.
To ensure full visibility and benefit from sponsorship recognition, sponsorship applications and payment should be received at least two (2) months prior to the meeting you wish to sponsor.
For Platinum Sponsorships, the chapter year runs from July 1 to June 30; however, your sponsorship benefits will extend for a full 12 months from the start month of your sponsorship.
To apply, please complete and return the required forms to the Chapter Treasurer listed below. All sponsorship applications are subject to review and approval by the ASSP Permian Basin Chapter Executive Committee.
